Activity

  • You are responsible for the office management of the executive management and support the operative day-to-day business. This also includes the coordination of appointments and business travel.

  • You are the contact person and representative of the Executive Management towards internal and external contacts. In this context, you will also be responsible for the management's communication – be it also incoming mail or phone calls – in German and English. You will also receive and care for the guests of the Executive Management.

  • You will support the management with administrative, commercial or other specialized tasks, assist with the preparation of presentations and manage individual sub-projects within the company in addition to day-to-day business.

Your profile

  • Business administration or commercial professional background (office communication, office management, office administrator) through vocational training, academic studies or comparable relevant previous professional experience.

  • Several years of professional experience as an executive assistant with a structured and solution-oriented approach, professional conduct as well as reliability and discretion.

  • Talent for connecting contacts through excellent communication in German and English.

  • Excellent previous experience working with the Microsoft Office environment and enjoyment of innovative digital tools and workflows.
